Pandharpur is an important pilgrimage city on the Bhimā river in Solāpur district, Maharashtra, India. The Vithoba temple attracts about half a million Hindu pilgrims during the major yatra in the month of Ashadh (June-July). Pandharpur is connected to Kurduwadi railway junction by a 52 km broad gauge track that was converted from narrow gauge in 2001 under project Unigauge. There are plenty of autos and tongas available at the station ( only on the Train Arriavals, after that u dont get any transport there) and one more Best way to reach Pandharpur is via Solapur Railway station, Solapur is the best hub & has a mind blowing travel link with almost all the metros from rail. Also solapur has nice hotels for accommodation. Pandharpur is only 72 km away from solapur, The Cheap and best place to stay
@ Pandharpur is Kajanan Maharaj Guest House, which is very near the temple.
